Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging. The item including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway. We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product. Returns can also be taken back to our store by contacting us. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are sanitary goods, hazardous materials, jewellery or flammable liquids or gases.

- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

If you wish to exchange your purchase as it is unsuitable, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
Faulty Products
You must notify us of any product that you deem to be defective or not of satisfactory quality within 7 days from the date of delivery. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
